Cleaning Solutions For Your COVID Problems

The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) has completely reshaped society from how we interact with one another, elbow bumps as opposed to hand shakes, to how we verbally speak to one another, through masks at a distance of 6 feet or more. COVID-19 has also had a tremendous impact on businesses and organizations who find themselves trying to continue operations in an environment that is less than ideal. In these unprecedented times instilling faith in your organization’s customers and employees has a direct impact on the bottom line. Spring Clean is uniquely positioned to help you restore faith in the cleanliness of your environment and bring back or maintain the level of foot traffic in your organization through our COVID-19 Deep Cleaning and Disinfectant Services.

Spring Clean COVID 3-Step Process

Spring Clean employs a 3-step cleaning process to help protect your organization and provide a safer environment with a visible cleaning presence.

STEP #1 – ANALYZE TRAFFICKED AREAS

  • A Spring Clean COVID specialist will visit your property and analyze all key aspects of your operation. We will identify high, mid and low trafficked areas. We will provide recommendations on which traffic category to focus on and in collaboration with you determine which category will be considered “In Scope”.

STEP #2 – DEVELOP PLAN OF ACTION

  • Your assigned Spring Clean COVID specialist will confer with a broader Spring Clean team and devise a site specific COVID cleaning plan that is tailored to your organization.

STEP #3 – CLEAN, SANITIZE, DISINFECT

  • A team of highly trained Spring Clean cleaning professionals will deploy to your site and begin meticulously work through 3 phases of our COVID Deep Cleaning plan in the areas of your organization that were declared “In Scope”.
  • PHASE 1 – CLEAN: Our staff will conduct basic cleaning that’s designed to remove contaminants from topical areas. Cleaning does not kill germs but instead cleaning removes germs thereby making way for products and methods that do kill germs to be more effective. So as a result, while not as resolute as other solutions cleaning is a critical step in the deep cleaning process.
  • PHASE 2 – SANITIZE: Our staff will follow with sanitizing solutions that kill germs and contaminants. Sanitizing does not necessarily clean dirty surfaces but by killing germs on a surface after cleaning, it can further lower the risk of spreading infection.
  • PHASE 3 – DISINFECT: Our staff will concluded by disinfecting the areas declared “In Scope”. Disinfectants kill a wider range of microorganisms including bacteria, viruses, fungi, and mold.

STEP #4 – VISIBLY DISPLAY CLEAN

  • There’s a significant amount of work that we pour into ensuring your organization’s site is deep cleaned. You won’t receive the full value of this service unless the reality of the cleaning activity is not matched by the perception. So we emplore customers to allow our cleaners to be present and visible while conducting our work or display the Spring Clean Certified COVID Cleaned Seal on your property. The Spring Clean Certified COVID Cleaned seal is a visible seal that you can display that gives basic information about our cleaning process, date cleaning services rendered and the frequency of those services. This certification is designed to be your business voice of trust so customers and employees can frequent your site with a measure of confidence that you’re committed to a clean and safe environment.
