Process
Subject Area Analysis
A Spring Clean Cleaning Specialist will analyze the subject cleaning area. Among several things our specialist will categorize various surfaces based on the amount of traffic (e.g. High, Frequent, Low) encountered. We will also capture any stated concerns or actions that you may have.
Cleaning Plan Development
The Spring Clean Cleaning Specialist assigned to your company will lead a collaborative session to develop a cleaning plan-of-action that will include the recommended cleaning frequency, recommended cleaning depth, recommended number of Spring Clean personnel, recommended cleaning signage throughout your facility, recommended green clean initiatives and more.
Execution & AAR
You focus on your company's primary mission and we execute the cleaning plan-of-action. You will receive recurring After Action Review (AAR) reports outlining both the cleaning actions we've taken and recommendations. If there's consensus on the recommendations then will commence change orders.
